We’ll be gathering for a one day silent retreat to explore and support each other in a silent practice. The goal is to re-introduce ourselves to silence and feel the healing benefits of a silent practice.

Sample Agenda (changes possible)

9:00 – 9:30 -> introduction and instruction

9:40 – 10:00 – > sitting meditation

10:00 – 10:20 – > walking meditation

10:20 – 11:00 – > sitting meditation

11:00 – 11:30 -> mindful eating

11:30 – 1:00 -> Lunch – free time – for journaling & reflection of any insights from morning practice

1:00 – 1:20 – > sitting meditation

1:20 – 2:20 – > Group walk

2:20 – 2:40 -> sitting meditation

2:40 – 3:00 -> discussion and wrap up
