March 24: Learning to Fly – Yoga Arm Balancing Postures

2:00-4:00 PM at the Quispamsis Studio (80 Millennium Drive)

Many balancing postures in yoga can seem intimidating and impossible to achieve, but it is just a matter finding the right alignment and a little practice to make your feet easily float off the floor. In this workshop you will learn the foundational structure of some popular arm balances and how to strengthen some key muscle groups to make these postures more fun and energizing.
