February 17: Introduction to Ayurveda

Ayurveda is the ancient Indian health science that advocates that you have the right to wake up each morning feeling happy, healthy and enthusiastic for the day. To feel otherwise is a sign of a physical or emotional imbalance that can lead to disease. It is based on the premise that you are unique and so your diet and health regimen should be tailored to your specific needs. In this workshop you will learn about the 3 “Doshas” or energies that that create the blueprint for your specific constitution and how to use this information to design daily health practices that work for you.
