I began my yoga practice in 2008, an outlet to release stress and energy. In a short period of time I came to realize a greater sense of well being and happiness, as well as a stronger physical body. Yoga gave me the tools I needed to release tension and stress within the body. Since then I never looked back. Yoga has become a way of life for me, a channel, to explore and to experience the Mind and Body, to bring balance to my life. My practice took me on a journey from student to teacher. To date the journey has been awarding and exciting.
