Prenatal Yoga is a multifaceted approach that encourages maintaining your strength and stability, developing more mindfulness, and growing the mother-baby bond. We will incorporate breath awareness in the body that is safe for baby. Always consult with your doctor before any new program during pregnancy.
Studies have suggested that yoga can improve sleep, reduce stress and anxiety, increase the strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth, and decrease lower back pain, nausea, carpal tunnel syndrome, headaches and shortness of breath.
Currently, we are offering 6 weeks of classes(book as usual with your passes or membership)
- Sign a Prenatal Questionaire and Waiver and make us aware of any health concerns (Always consult with your doctor before any new program during pregnancy)
- Asanas or Poses that are accessible to first, second and third-trimester pregnancies
- Gentle connection focused on nurturing the Mother-baby bond

- Optional time for sharing after class
