I’ve been practising yoga since 2015, having finished my 200YTT with Amana Yoga in October 2020 and I have been teaching at Amana since 2021. My favourite part of teaching is connecting with people at the studio. I enjoy sharing my love of yoga with everyone I meet. My favourite posture is Trikonasana because it helps me build strength, balance and flexibility three things so important in yoga as well as life!
