I completed my 200YTT in June 2022 with Amana Yoga. I began teaching at Amana in August of that same year. My training with Amana definitely gave me all the tools, confidence and support I needed to start my journey as a yoga teacher.

In addition to being a yoga teacher, I am an independent travel advisor, my business name is Vacations by Kate. I offer personalized vacation planning, specializing in Disney, Universal, cruise and all-inclusive vacations.
In my classes, I love transitions and creating unique ways to get from one pose to another. I very much enjoy getting to meet and connect with people at the studio. I love having the opportunity to share my passion for yoga with others!
