Introducing Amanafit30 –  High Intensity Interval Training

Starting Jan 2nd in Saint John & Jan 7th In Quipamsis

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

Kirsten Stanley will co-teach the 5pm Soulrider Cycling class at 5pm on Tuesday evenings with Brad Stanley and follow up with a 30 minute Amana Fit30 class at 6pm. This class is in the Saint John location.image1
